At Red Door, we are trained and experienced Coaches committed to conducting
business in a professional and confidential manner. All our
Coaches hold a
current coaching qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

business and provides the inspiration and motivation to produce
real change in
the workplace which in turn can deliver better business results.

Initially, coaching begins with a face to face discussion and an agreement about
how the process will work.
Sessions can then take place face to face or over the
telephone and usually last for about an hour with 6 sessions
spread over about 2 months.
We begin by exploring where you are now, where you want to be and what it
is that you
want to develop. We help you focus on what is important, identify your options for
change and, crucially,
your motivation. We highlight the current barriers and,
together, work on ways to overcome them. Finally we help you set
fresh goals for
future progress.
