At Red Door we know that the people in your organisation are going to be the key to helping your business survive in the recession. Our Leadership Programmes are designed to support your people to be the best that they can be - in a way that makes use of their valuable time!

All our Leadership Programmes are bespoke (tailored to your outcomes, budget and timescale). A typical programme includes a diagnostic session where the candidate and their Line Manager decide what are the key development needs for the candidate and book into a selection of workshops.

Candidates can then have 3 one-to-one Coaching sessions to support their individual learning plans culminating in an agreed Action Plan for future growth.
