Leadership Programmes

Our Leadership Programmes are designed to support your people to be the best that they can be- in a way that makes use of their valuable time!

All our Leadership Programmes are bespoke (tailored to your outcomes, budget and timescale). A typical programme includes a diagnostic session
where the candidate and their Line Manager decide what are the key development needs for the candidate and book into a selection of workshops.

Candidates can then have 3 one-to-one Coaching sessions to support their individual learning plans culminating in an agreed Action Plan for future growth.
